Branch HR – Job DescriptionPosition: Branch HR Executive / HR Generalist

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR activities for the assigned branch.
• Handle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing and employee documentation.
• Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with branch management for hiring.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle employee exit formalities and full & final documentation.
• RequirementsQualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in HR Generalist / Branch HR, preferably in automobile or dealership industry.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HR operations and recruitment.
• Ability to independently handle HR activities for a branch.

Work Location: Kalyani Motors Branches, Bengaluru

Working: Full-time, 6 days a week
