Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager with 3+ years of experience, preferably with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring along with day-to-day HR operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Handle employee engagement, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment MIS.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Support performance management and other HR initiatives.
• Requirements3+ years of HR experience, with strong recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fintech/startup environments is an added advantage.
