Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive – Occupational Health Center (OHC) Operations
Department: Human Resources / Healthcare Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Executive to oversee human resource operations for our deployed medical personnel across multiple client sites. In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, shift rostering, statutory compliance, and client coordination for doctors, nurses, paramedics, and medical technicians stationed at corporate and industrial Occupational Health Centers (OHCs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Shift Rostering & Operations Management :Manage shift scheduling, daily attendance, and leave rosters for medical staff deployed across all client OHC locations.Ensure zero downtime at client sites by proactively arranging qualified backfill/standby staff for medical emergencies, planned leaves, or unscheduled absences.Conduct regular site audits to monitor staff discipline, grooming, uniform compliance, and adherence to client-specific workplace protocols.
2. Healthcare Talent Acquisition & OnboardingSource, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals, including MBBS doctors, B.Sc/GNM nurses, paramedics. Verify mandatory medical certifications, council registrations (e.g., State Nursing/Medical Council), and background check documentation prior to deployment.Conduct specialized site-specific onboarding and orientation regarding client EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and OHC workflows.
3. Multi-Client Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for client HR, EHS, and Facility Management teams regarding medical staffing needs.Participate in monthly performance review meetings with client representatives to address feedback, SLA tracking, and operational requirements.Maintain clear reporting channels between site-deployed medical teams and head office management.
4. Compliance & Payroll ProcessingEnsure all deployed medical staff comply with statutory regulations, including the Factories Act (OHC provisions), Bio-Medical Waste Management rules, and local labor laws.Track and ensure timely renewals of medical licenses, BLS/ACLS certifications, and mandatory health checkups for deployed personnel.Collect, verify, and compile monthly site attendance, shift allowances, and overtime data to submit for payroll processing.
5. Employee Relations & Grievance RedressalAddress grievances, operational challenges, and site-level issues faced by remote medical staff promptly.Foster high morale and retention among field-deployed medical teams through regular communication and performance feedback.
Candidate Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM in HR), Hospital Administration (MHA), or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in Healthcare, Hospital/Clinic Operations, Facilities Management, or Staffing/Deputation services.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to medical/nursing recruitment and OHC regulatory standards (Factories Act compliance, medical registration verifications) is strongly preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Exceptional multi-tasking and roster planning capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for multi-client communication.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel (intermediate/advanced), and attendance management tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergency replacement staffing requests.
