Job Description

  • Source new LAP/Home Loan customers from the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, connectors, and local market activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
  • Collect and verify required customer documents.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams until disbursement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and sourcing channels.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and disbursement target
