About PROINFRAPROINFRA is a growing painting and facility management company providing interior and exterior painting, deep cleaning, and property maintenance services for residential and commercial customers.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to generate business, conduct customer site visits, prepare painting quotations, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from customer enquiry to order confirmation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and qualify customer enquiries received through company marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer painting requirements, property conditions, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and measure painting areas accurately.
• Recommend suitable paint brands, products, and painting solutions.
• Prepare and explain quotations to customers.
• Handle customer objections related to pricing, quality, brands, and competitors.
• Negotiate within approved commercial limits and close sales.
• Coordinate with the Inside Sales / COA team for follow-ups and conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead details, site measurements, quotations, and follow-up updates in CRM.
• Coordinate with operations and execution teams during project handover.
• Required SkillsStrong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits.
• Basic understanding of measurements, area calculations, and quotations.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up discipline.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
