Job Description
Home Care Nurse
Full-time | 12-hour / 24-hour Home Care Assignments
MITRA is hiring experienced B.Sc Nurses for comprehensive home nursing and caregiving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, mobility and daily living support
- Administer prescribed medicines, injections and IV therapy within scope
- Manage catheters, Ryles/NG tubes, drains and other devices
- Perform IV cannulation, catheterisation and Ryles/NG insertion when competency-cleared
- Provide complex wound care, tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Monitor patients, document care and escalate red flags
- Coordinate with families, doctors and the MITRA team
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing
- Valid nursing registration
- Comfortable with both 12-hour and 24-hour assignments
- Must clear MITRA training and competency assessment
- Compassionate, professional and comfortable working in patient homes across Bangalore
