Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell A. O. Smith home appliance products to customers.
  • Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and offers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through store visits, customer enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and retail partners.
  • Check product availability, display, pricing, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with dealers and store staff to improve product sales.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports.
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic product information and support.
