About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and hands-on experience creating social media creatives, branding materials, marketing collaterals, illustrations, logos, and videos.

Key Responsibilities

·       Understand design briefs, project requirements, and target audiences.

·       Develop creative concepts and visually engaging designs.

·       Create social media posts, carousels, banners, brochures, presentations, logos, and marketing collaterals.

·       Develop basic motion graphics and video creatives.

·       Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all designs.

·       Prepare design concepts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.

·       Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders.

·       Handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

·       Continuously explore new design trends, creative approaches, and visual styles.

Required Skills

·       3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

·       Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

·       Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

·       Good working knowledge of Canva.

·       Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

·       Experience designing social media creatives and marketing collaterals.

·       Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

·       Good communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
