Job Position: - Business Enablement Executive

Role Overview

The Business Enablement Executive will be responsible for supporting policy processing, dealer coordination, business development, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and timely business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policy issuance, policy booking, and insurer portal updation.
• Manage KYC & IDV failed cases, including calling, follow-up, and training.
• Provide dealer support, portal training, profiling, and coordination.
• Execute RTO-wise weekly business plans and support renewal activities.
• Maintain trackers, business data, and reports and support Portal ChatBot activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and insurers for timely resolution of queries.
• Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper follow-up of assigned activities.

Key Skills

• Basic knowledge of insurance operations.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with portals and Excel/MIS.
