About the Role

We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate – Sales & Expansion with strong experience and knowledge of the Jewellery Industry, particularly Gold and Diamond Jewellery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in jewellery store management, customer handling, sales, product knowledge, and day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day jewellery store operations efficiently.
• Handle customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable Gold and Diamond Jewellery.
• Have strong knowledge of gold purity, jewellery designs, diamonds, pricing, and product specifications.
• Handle customer queries, product demonstrations, negotiations, and sales conversion.
• Maintain proper inventory and stock management of jewellery.
• Coordinate with store staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide an excellent in-store experience.
• Support sales growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion initiatives.
• Maintain records related to sales, inventory, customers, and store operations.
• Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery stock.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales targets, customer feedback, and operational requirements.

Must-Have

• Prior experience in the Jewellery Industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Gold Jewellery and Diamond Jewellery is required.
• Experience in jewellery store management / showroom operations.
• Good understanding of customer handling and jewellery sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently explain jewellery products to customers.
• Knowledge of gold purity, karat, diamonds, jewellery designs, and pricing will be an advantage.
• Candidates who have worked in Jewellery Showrooms, Gold & Diamond Retail, Jewellery Sales, Store Management, or Customer Relationship roles are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
