Job Description

Senior Portfolio Manager – Real EstateWe’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager who enjoys working with clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle and grow a portfolio of HNI and premium clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest the right real estate opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with HNI clients and handling high-value transactions.
  • Someone who is ambitious, target-driven, and hungry to grow.
