💼 Role OverviewWe are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers to drive business growth by acquiring customers and promoting financial products like business loans and LAP (Loan Against Property).

• 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and onboard new customers in the field
• Promote and sell financial products (LAP, Business Loans, Current Accounts, QR Code solutions)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Conduct field visits and follow-ups regularly
• 🎯 Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 10th Pass or above
• Experience: Must have experience in lending/loan sales (LAP, BL, CA, QR Code)
• Languages: Hindi & English
• Age Limit: 18 to 38 years
• Gender: Male & Female both can apply
• 🚗 Requirements Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
• Valid Driving License required
• Willingness to work in field sales
• 💰 Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹6,000 (Performance-based)
