Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of field sales experience and be passionate about meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit assigned customers and potential clients to promote company products/services.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales.
• Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or English is an added advantage.
