Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting company products/services, and converting leads into sales. The role involves regular field visits, client meetings, follow-ups, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, be confident interacting with customers, and be comfortable working on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and direct outreach.
- Meet prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Convert leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain daily sales and visit reports.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
