Field Officer

Manpower Sourcing & Mobilization·        Execute local, ground-level recruitment drives to source blue/grey-collar candidates (housekeeping staff, security staff).

·        Build and maintain local candidate pipelines through community networks, vendor referrals, etc.

·        Conduct initial screening, physical background checks, basic hygiene/grooming assessments, and reference checks.

·        Maintain a bench strength of pre-screened manpower to handle sudden hospital attrition or emergency requirements.

Site Deployment & Client Coordination·        Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and duty assignment of workers at assigned hospital sites.

·        Conduct daily/weekly site visits to inspect staff attendance, dress code compliance, grooming, and adherence to hospital protocols (e.g., hygiene, patient safety, infection control).

Operations & Workforce Management·        Manage shift rosters, daily attendance, bio-metric tracking, and absenteeism on-site.

·        Resolve ground-level worker grievances, dispute management, and wage queries promptly to control attrition.

·        Coordinate replacement staffing within minimal turnaround times to meet client SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

·        Zero compliance defects in staff KYC, police verification, and hospital-mandated documentation.
