Job Description

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, customer/vendor coordination, follow-ups, maintaining daily reports, and completing assigned field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned customers, clients, shops, or locations on a daily basis.

Handle customer interactions and maintain good professional relationships.

Complete assigned field activities and targets within the given timelines.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Collect required information, documents, or payments as per company requirements.

Maintain accurate daily field visit reports and update the company regarding work status.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth completion of field activities.

Travel within the assigned area and manage the daily route efficiently.

Identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback.

Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Executive, Field Sales, Marketing, Collection, Delivery Coordination, or a similar role.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred/required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Bangalore local areas is an advantage.

Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile applications.

Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
