Job Description
FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive field-level customer/partner acquisition
• Generate leads through market visits and local networking
• Explain EV/rental services and convert prospects
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor mapping
• Maintain daily activity and performance reports
⭐ PREFERRED CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
Candidates with experience in rider onboarding, delivery partner acquisition, logistics, last-mile operations, field recruitment or field sales are highly preferred.
Preferred backgrounds include:
✅ Zipp / Zip-type delivery & logistics companies
✅ HALA / HALA-type logistics or field operations companies
✅ Shadowfax
✅ Other last-mile delivery / hyperlocal / quick-commerce companies
✅ EV rental / mobility companies
✅ Rider onboarding & fleet acquisition profiles
Skills Required:
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Strong field networking ability
✔️ Target-oriented approach
✔️ Ability to handle bulk hiring / onboarding
✔️ Good knowledge of Bangalore local market
✔️ Kannada + Hindi/English preferred
✔️ Immediate joiners will be given preference
