About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Carpool Operations / Sales Executives. The role involves customer interaction, field activities, sales, and promoting carpooling services across different locations in the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote carpooling services through field activities and customer interactions.
• Visit apartments, tech parks, offices, and other locations for promotional activities.
• Interact with customers and explain carpooling services and benefits.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition and registrations.
• Make calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns and on-ground events.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth execution.
• Achieve daily and monthly activity and sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Maintain basic records of leads, customer interactions, and campaign activities.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Energetic, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling within the city.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and operations.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and corporate employees.
