Field Collection Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven Field Sales and Collections Executive to join our team. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for driving on-ground sales growth while simultaneously managing payment recoveries and collections from clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Conduct daily field visits to prospect new B2B/B2C clients, pitch products/services, and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Payment Recovery & Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts, conduct on-site visits to collect outstanding payments, and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPA) or bad debts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, empathetic, yet firm professional relationships with clients to ensure timely future payments and repeat business.
• Dispute Resolution: Identify customer grievances or payment bottlenecks and coordinate with the internal backend team to resolve billing discrepancies quickly.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain precise daily logs of field visits, sales closures, and collection receipts using the company CRM app. Ensure 100% compliance with cash-handling policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers can also apply
• Core Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local regional language(kannada) and conversational English.
• Logistics: Must own a valid two-wheeler, a smartphone, and a clean driving license.
