Elevator Service Engineer

•       Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of elevators at customer sites.  

•       Conduct onsite inspection and identify electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.  

•       Troubleshoot elevator breakdowns and implement appropriate corrective measures.  

•       Assemble, install, test, and commission elevator equipment as required.  

•       Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator systems and related mechanical equipment.  

•       Carry out electrical wiring and troubleshooting of elevator control systems.  

•       Ensure that all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.  

•       Test newly installed equipment to ensure compliance with required specifications and safety standards.  

•       Ensure that elevator installations and maintenance activities comply with applicable safety regulations and building codes.  

•       Maintain accurate service records, logbooks, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.  

•       Prepare and submit detailed service reports after completing site visits.  

•       Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.  

•       Understand customer requirements and concerns and provide appropriate technical solutions.  

•       Provide a high standard of customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.  

•       Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or supervisors when required.  

•       Present service findings, recurring issues, and technical observations to managers and supervisors.  

•       Use appropriate tools, diagnostic methods, and troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues efficiently.
