Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle front office operations, guest check-in and check-out.
  • Manage guest enquiries, bookings, reservations and follow-ups.
  • Handle OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.
  • Update room availability, rates, promotions and inventory on OTA portals.
  • Monitor online bookings, cancellations and guest reviews.
  • Have hands-on knowledge of hotel booking/reservation systems.
  • Support basic digital marketing activities, including social media, online promotions and lead generation.
  • Maintain good online presence and respond to customer enquiries/reviews.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
  • Prepare basic reports related to bookings, occupancy and revenue.
