Job Description
Customer Support Executive – Inbound Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls for PhonePe
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist customers with service-related issues
• Maintain professional communication and follow quality standards
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility:
• Any Graduate
• Freshers & Experienced (0–5 years)
• Fluent English + Hindi mandatory
• Age: 18–30 years
• Versant Level 4
Salary:
Freshers: ₹17,000 Take Home
Experienced: Up to ₹20,200 Take Home
Shift: Rotational Day Shift | 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off
Job Type: Full-time
