Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate and clear information about services and processes.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and queries.
• Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow company processes, customer service standards, and communication guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Inbound Calling, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Any Graduate qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling customer queries over the phone.
• Professional and polite communication style.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
• Comfortable working in assigned shifts.

Language Requirements

Position 5 Opening Candidate should be fluent in:

• Malayalam
• Tamil
• Hindi
• English

Position 15– 20 Openings Candidate should be fluent in:

• Hindi
• English

Shift Timings

Candidates should be comfortable working in the following split shift:

Morning: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Evening: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
