Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Operations Executive to support
families enrolled in our online chess programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers for escalations, feedback, and delight calls.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Onboard newly registered customers and explain the platform, class process, schedules,
- assignments, recordings, and support channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide a smooth customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and confident while handling customers.
- Proactive, organized, and focused on problem-solving.
- Comfortable using online platforms and customer-support tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
