Customer Support Executive (Fresher) - Customer Experience

About the Role:

We're looking for an organized, and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our team! Your main role will be to connect with customers after they've purchased our services, check in on their experience, answer any questions, and ensure they're getting the best possible outcomes. You’ll be the heart of our customer care — keeping them informed, supported, and smiling.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers to collect feedback
• Check in on remedies/services provided to ensure effectiveness and satisfaction
• Answer customer queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism
• Offer helpful information about other services they may benefit from
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback
• Spot and escalate any issues to the appropriate team
• Keep the customer experience warm, and always positive
• NO SALES : NO COLD CALLING : NO SALES TARGETS

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English with a polished, warm, and professional communication style is essential
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people
• A proactive attitude and good listening skills
• Experience in customer support, success, or service roles is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools or willing to learn
