Job Description
· Logging enquires/requests received from the internal and external customers in CRM and reverting with the appropriate acknowledgement within the stipulated TAT.
· Follow up with various departments to ensure that appropriate action is taken on each & every query/ request made by the external clients.
· Provide the standardized response/ acknowledgement to the customer queries while adhering to the quality aspects
· Respond to all queries from the external and internal customers with politely and clearly communicating relevant & precise information within the policies & procedures of
· Ensures adherence to Quality Management System and support for continual improvement
· Problem solving attitude towards customer queries by understanding first the customer's concerns; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem over mails/calls expediting correction or adjustment
· Should be able to track & report details in CRM
· Well versed with banking practices & Asset products
