Customer Support Executive

What you'll do

• Onboard new families: walk them through the platform, class process, schedules, assignments, recordings, and support channels
• Set up batches on our platform, assign coaches, and make sure every subscription starts smoothly
• Resolve parent queries quickly over phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Handle escalations calmly and own them until they're resolved
• Make regular feedback and check-in calls to keep families happy
• Work with coaching, tech, and sales teams to fix issues at the root

You'll be a great fit if you

• Have experience in customer support or operations (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
• Communicate clearly and warmly in English, spoken and written
• Stay patient and confident with parents, even in difficult conversations
• Are proactive, organized, and enjoy solving problems
• Are comfortable using online platforms and support tools
• Bonus: fluency in [Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu], or an interest in chess
