Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through phone calls or other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the defined timelines.

• Provide accurate information about No Broker’s products, services, processes, and policies.

• Follow up with customers when required to ensure issues are resolved.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

• If required, do cross selling and upselling according to the requirement

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when necessary.

• Meet defined customer service, quality, productivity, and response-time targets.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
