Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to loans, EMIs, repayments, and account details.

Resolve customer complaints through calls, emails, and other support channels.

Provide accurate information about loan products, payment schedules, and processes.

Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, and service requests.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collections to resolve issues.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Ensure proper documentation and follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Achieve customer service and productivity targets.

Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.

Customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of loans, EMIs, and NBFC processes.

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of customer support/loan/finance experience can apply.
