About the RoleQuick Home Search is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our real estate sales team in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, coordinating site visits, and assisting customers throughout the property-buying process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
• Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain property details, pricing, amenities, location, and payment options.
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits with customers.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates and requirements.
• Assist customers during the property selection and booking process.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and site-visit targets.
• Stay updated on Bangalore's residential real estate projects, locations, and market trends.
• RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduation / 12th Pass preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage.
• Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
