Job Description
Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–2 years
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while speaking with customers.
- Update customer records and maintain call/ticket information.
- Follow up on unresolved customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Complete call logs and reports.
Skills required:
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks.
