Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer verification through video calls.
  • Verify customer identity and documents as per KYC guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers in Malayalam, Tamil and English.
  • Verify Aadhaar, PAN and other required documents.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate and complete.
  • Follow company KYC and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain records of completed video KYC verification.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
