Job Description
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently,
and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role serves as the first point of contact between
the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Required Qualifications :
- 12th or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (fresher also can apply)
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
