Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales and productivity targets.
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM/database accurately.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Sales and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred CandidateFreshers are welcome.
  • Experience in Customer Care, Voice Process, Telecalling, Telesales, or BPO is an added advantage.
