Client Relationship Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cleaning services.
• Follow up with new leads, enquiries and existing customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations and cleaning team to ensure smooth service execution.
• Schedule customer visits, quotations, bookings and follow-ups.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and service details with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer information, bookings, payments and follow-ups.
• Follow up on pending quotations and payments professionally.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve issues.
• Maintain regular communication with corporate clients, residential customers and business accounts.
• Support the company in generating repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales, lead conversion and customer relationship targets.
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and maintain daily activity records.
• Represent Neat Space professionally and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Specific Requirements2–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Telecalling, Business Development or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Kannada will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email and WhatsApp Business.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and enquiries simultaneously.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Confident, presentable and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the operations team.
• Basic understanding of quotations, invoices, payments and customer follow-ups is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in facility management, cleaning services, real estate, hospitality or related service industries will be preferred.
