Job Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries through Voice.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
• Eligibility12th Pass / Any Graduate / Under Graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior BPO / Customer Support / International Voice / Domestic Voice experience are preferred for experienced positions.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on the process.
