Job Description
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers.
- Generate new leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and other sales channels.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries and leads into vehicle bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales in the CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage referrals.
- Stay updated on new vehicle launches, product features, competitor models, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure the showroom and displayed vehicles are maintained according to dealership standards.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Key SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
