CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE – VOICE & SALES PROCESS

- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
Requirements:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good convincing and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with sales and performance targets
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide suitable solutions
- Explain products and services
- Identify customer requirements and support sales conversion
- Maintain customer records and follow process guidelines
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
