Job Description
Job Summary Radical Minds Pvt Technologies is hiring Customer Support professionals for the Aliaxis process.
The role involves handling customer interactions through chat and email, with blended-process responsibilities as required.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working from the office in a day-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and requests through chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets. Candidate Requirements
• Candidates with 3 months to 6 months of relevant customer support, chat, email, or blended-process experience.
