- Visit properties for valuation inspections.
- Take measurements and photographs.
- Collect property details and documents.
- Verify site location and surrounding developments.
- Submit inspection reports within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering and building construction.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
