Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and generate sales for HVAC Projects, VRF/VRV, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, Chillers, AHU and AMC Services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, understanding HVAC requirements, preparing quotations, following up with customers and converting enquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new enquiries for HVAC projects and AMC services.

Identify and develop new customers in commercial, industrial, IT, pharma, hospitals, hotels, schools and other sectors.

Visit customer sites and understand their HVAC requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP consultants, builders, contractors and facility managers.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations.

Understand HVAC drawings, BOQ and project requirements.

Coordinate with the design/project team for technical solutions and costing.

Follow up regularly on quotations and enquiries.

Negotiate with customers and support order closure.

Develop long-term relationships with existing customers.

Promote VRF/VRV, Cassette, Ductable, Split AC, Chiller, AHU and HVAC AMC solutions.

Identify AMC renewal opportunities and generate service business.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with the project and service teams after receiving the order.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for additional business.

Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of HVAC products and applications.

Ability to understand customer technical requirements.

Knowledge of HVAC drawings, BOQ and basic estimation is preferred.

Good presentation and customer-handling skills.

Strong follow-up and sales closing ability.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.

Ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors and customers.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or a related field preferred.

Candidates with relevant HVAC sales experience may also be considered.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales/project sales preferred.

Candidates with experience in VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, Cassette and Ductable AC sales will be given preference.

Salary: ₹36000 to ₹38000 per month
