Chief Financial Officer – Requirements

Educational Qualification

• CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and corporate finance.

Experience

• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Previous experience in a senior managerial/leadership position such as Finance Head, Financial Controller or CFO.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate/Property Development industry.
• Experience in handling project finance, real estate accounting, cash-flow management, budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of Accounts & Finance.
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Cash-flow and fund management.
• Preparation and review of financial statements and MIS.
• GST, income tax and other statutory compliances.
• Coordination with auditors, banks and government authorities.
• Financial risk management and internal controls.
• Advising the Managing Director/Board on financial and strategic matters.
• Leading and managing the Finance & Accounts team.
