Job Description

Car Technician – Roles & Responsibilities


  • Perform regular servicing and maintenance of cars.
  • Diagnose engine, mechanical, and electrical problems.
  • Repair and replace faulty parts such as brakes, clutch, suspension, and filters.
  • Perform periodic maintenance services (PMS).
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.
  • Inspect vehicles and conduct road tests after repairs.
  • Follow job cards and complete assigned work on time.
  • Ensure quality repairs and minimize repeat complaints.
  • Maintain tools and workshop equipment properly.
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Team Leaders.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workshop.
