Job Description

  1. Consult with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and recommend suitable service solutions to customers.
  2. Handle customer enquiries related to service outcomes, repair timelines, and vehicle delivery schedules.
  3. Schedule and manage service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.
  4. Provide customers with information on warranties, cost-saving options, and value-added services.
  5. Coordinate with service technicians and ensure required parts are available on time.
  6. Manage service workflow and maintain timely vehicle delivery.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by clearly explaining the services performed and associated costs.
  8. Maintain effective communication between customers and the service team.
  9. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of automotive products and services.
  10. Use industry-specific software and tools efficiently.
  11. Support branch sales and service targets through effective customer engagement.
  12. Identify opportunities for additional sales and service conversions.
