Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, design-conscious Store Sales Executive to manage the complete customer journey at Zenara — from product consultation and sales to quotations, billing, inventory and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable Zenara products.
• Explain product features, materials, dimensions, pricing, availability and delivery timelines accurately.
• Provide basic interior styling guidance, helping clients visualise furniture, lighting and décor within their spaces.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and bills, track payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations, convert leads into sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Make outbound calls to our database of interior designers and architects, generate leads and invite them to the Zenara Experience Centre.
• Maintain and update online and offline inventory, including sold, reserved, display and available stock.
• Coordinate orders, packaging, dispatch, deliveries and basic after-sales requirements.
• Maintain organised records of quotations, invoices, orders, payments, delivery documents and other store-related official documentation.
• Keep the store organised, customer-ready and assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
• Maintain client/designer databases and provide basic updates on sales, leads, payments and inventory to the founder.
• Take ownership of day-to-day sales-floor requirements and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Interior Design / Interior Styling background preferred; Architecture, furniture or premium home retail experience is also relevant.
• Strong aesthetic sense with an interest in furniture, lighting and home décor.
• Confident in sales, client handling, lead generation and follow-ups.
• Comfortable with billing, inventory, Excel/Google Sheets and basic documentation.
• Well-presented, organised, proactive and responsible.
• Preferably based in HSR Layout or nearby areas.

In short: someone who can understand the client’s space → recommend the right products → close the sale → prepare the paperwork → manage the order → coordinate delivery.
