Job Description
- Lead restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Deliver exceptional guest experience through fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Drive team performance by coaching, motivating, and developing crew members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage opening, shift handover, and closing procedures.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product availability.
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and operational controls.
- Drive sales through effective execution of promotions and upselling initiatives.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the restaurant team.
- Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
