Project Manager – Construction | Skanda ConstructionJob Title: Project Manager – Construction

Experience: 3+ years in construction/project management
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join Skanda Construction and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and monitor construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve project-related issues.
- Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
- Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
- Maintain proper documentation and project reports.
- Requirements3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site management.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and teams efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage.
