We are looking for a **senior Restaurant Operations professional** who can take ownership of **5+ dine-in restaurants** and drive business performance, people development and operational excellence.

📍 **Location: Bangalore**

### 👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ **12+ years** of experience in Restaurant / F&B Operations

✅ Proven experience managing **5+ restaurants/outlets** as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager

✅ Strong **Dine-In Restaurant** operations experience

⭐ **Biryani / Indian Restaurant background preferred**

✅ Strong exposure to **P&L, sales, food cost & manpower management**

✅ Excellent leadership and team management skills

### 🎯 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead operations across multiple restaurants

• Drive **sales, revenue & profitability**

• Own outlet-level **P&L and cost controls**

• Develop and mentor Restaurant Managers & outlet teams

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, service & SOP compliance

• Drive customer experience and operational excellence

• Analyse outlet performance and implement action plans

• Manage manpower planning, productivity & training
