Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with financial statements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal teams when required.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and financial activities.
- Use Tally/ERP software and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
6 days working | general shift.
