Job Description

  1. Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
  3. Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll taxes.
  4. Maintain employee payroll records and update any changes in salary, attendance, leaves, etc.
  5. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and audits.
  6. Prepare and share payroll reports and salary slips.
  7. Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
  8. Assist in audits and ensure payroll data is compliant with company policies and labor laws.
  9. Stay updated on payroll regulations and statutory changes.
